Car Sale Terms – “As Is, Where Is”

All cars listed on Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC are sold strictly on an “As Is – Where Is” basis. Winning bids are legally binding commitment. Once a sale is completed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed or cancelled.

When you place a bid through Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC, you are making an offer to purchase a specific car at the price you set. The Seller may accept the highest bid placed during the auction, and the buyer who placed that bid is contractually obligated to complete the purchase at the winning bid amount, plus any applicable Galaxy Cars Auctions fees. Once the auction closes, the winning bidder has no right to cancel, refund, or exchange the winning car.

Purchasing a car “As Is – Where Is” means the buyer accepts the car with all existing faults, conditions, and imperfections, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, but the buyers and sellers can request Normal or Full Inspection Certification from Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC directly from their account. Once the fees are paid by requester, Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC will assign a professional car inspector to conduct the inspection. Once the inspection is completed, the inspection certificate will be available in the car listing section.

Any car details provided by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC or the Seller (such as specifications, odometer readings, VIN numbers, or damage descriptions) are offered as a convenience only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to inspect, research, and verify all information about the car prior to bidding. Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its platform unless the car has an Inspection Certification by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC.
