Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC is Headquartered in United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) but these terms and conditions is applied to all cars offered for sale by Galaxy Cars Auction LLC facilities located Globally.

As a Buyer, Seller and Service Provider to entering any deal through our Websites, Applications, Platforms or Physically maintained by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC (including, but not limited, to galaxycarsauctions.com), you agree to obey the following Terms and Conditions. Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any terms printed on sale sheets or displayed on the Website, and the Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC Privacy Policy are combined into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting, you confirm you acknowledged and understood our Terms and Condition.

You must read the whole Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting. By registering or placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions entirely. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by uploading a new version to our Websites and Applications; it is your responsibility to review them each time you are asked to.

You may sign up as a Buyer or Seller at Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC if you are at least 18 years old. Onboarding and screening is required, including providing identification documents (varies by local/international individual/business status). Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC reserves the right to deny applications or restrict privileges.

We collect documentation and photographs to verify identity and prevent fraud, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to the collection, storage, holding, use, and disclosure of your Personal and Business data by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC and its service providers.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete Registration Data and to promptly update it.

Guests can search stock, watchlist, and create alerts, but cannot bid, purchase, or list cars unless upgraded to Starter, Premium, or Golden Account.

Requires photo ID, licenses, sales tax exemption certificates (if applicable), and payment of the initial registration fee. A security deposit may be required for bidding.

Businesses may authorize up to Five Sub Accounts. The Golden Account holder is liable for all bids/listings placed by Sub-Accounts. Authorization of more than five accounts is subject to department approval and may require extra fees.

Eligibility requires holding a Premium Buyer or Seller Account for at least 6 months with a great track record of transactions.

Business purchasers must provide licenses/tax certificates. Starter, Premium, and Golden Accounts require annual renewal fees. Failure to submit updated licenses may result in ineligibility to bid or list.

Visitors 18+ may enter facilities but cannot bid in Live Physical Auctions unless they open an account or are associated with an account holder. Entry may be subject to a fee. Minors must be accompanied by parents/guardians, but cannot submit bids.

Individuals and Companies are generally not allowed to open more than one account, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC.

The Buyer/Seller is responsible for all activities under their username/password. Accounts are non-transferable or assignable.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and are liable for all activities under your account. Sharing credentials may lead to suspension or termination.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees and prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams, USD, Euros, or Crypto Currencies, depending on the car's listing location.

Only registered and active Starter, Premium, or Golden Account Buyers are allowed to bid on cars listed on our online platforms.

An open bidding place where bidders enter their maximum price via the Internet. The Proxy Bid feature automatically bids on their behalf during this period. The highest Primary Bidder at the close of this period competes in the Virtual Sale.

A real-time, Internet-only auction where bidders compete against each other and the highest Primary Bidder. Proxy Bids are active up to the bidder's maximum amount. Bidding stops when a countdown timer resets upon receiving a new bid.

During the Primary Bidding Period, buyers submit bids online. The highest Primary Bid competes against Virtual Bids during the Virtual Sale.

During a Virtual Sale, buyers submit bids electronically in real time to compete against the highest Primary Bid and other Virtual Bids.

A feature allowing users to place their highest bid in advance. The system auto-bids only enough to surpass the next highest bidder, up to the user's set maximum. Users are notified if they are outbid and can choose to increase their bid or cancel.

If the seller has not accepted a 'Minimum Bid' or marked the car as 'Bid to Be Approved', the car will not be released to the high bidder until the seller notifies Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC of acceptance (within 48 hours of auction end).

Sellers can offer a counter bid to a bidder after an auction ends. The buyer's counter-reply remains open for 48 hours. If no agreement is reached, the car is automatically relisted after 72 hours (incurring relist fees for the seller).

Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, deleted, or cancelled.

For cars marked 'Make an Offer,' the offer is valid for 2 business days. The seller can Accept, Make a Counter Offer, or Reject. If an auction starts during this period, the highest bidder wins, and the offeror is notified.

Allows immediate purchase at the seller-set price before the auction. Buyer confirms the price and proceeds to payment (Card or Wire Transfer) and must pay the invoice within 5 working days.

Cars may be sold via live auction format, running concurrently with the online Virtual Sale. Virtual Bids are announced live and entered by onsite buyers.

Buyers dealing with registered brokers or international dealers must adhere to the Third-Party Purchaser's terms. Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC is independent of agreements between the purchaser and their end customers.

Sellers are prohibited from bidding on their own cars. The Platform AI system monitors this, and violators face account blocking and potential legal action.

Car images containing marketing backgrounds, logos, contact numbers, or promotional materials are strictly prohibited and will not be approved for listing.

If a car is sold privately, the seller must immediately remove it. If it sells again on the platform, the seller will be charged the auction fee plus a fine. Repeat offenses (more than three times) may result in account blocking and legal action.

We welcome international Auctions and Dealerships to connect their platforms via APIs to sell cars to our buyers. Those without advanced platforms can open a Seller Business Account.

There is a huge investment cycle. Profits and losses are calculated monthly, quarterly, or annually based on the business cycle. Investment is made via the Galaxy Group Investment App. Investments are subject to company Profit and Loss; no interest percentage is applicable.

We use a unique rating system where buyers, sellers, and staff rate each other. If any rating drops below 4.0, the relevant manager is automatically notified to make a timely decision.

Primary Bids, Virtual Bids, Proxy Bids, and Live Auction Bids are all treated equally; the highest bidder wins, regardless of bid type.

All cars sold are "as-is, where-is," without warranty, excluding warranty if a Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC Inspection Services Certificate is issued. 'Cars' includes vehicles, salvage items, and 'Other Goods,' but excludes cargo or extra items contained within.

We disclaim accuracy of all provided Car Information (year, make, condition, VIN, history, etc.). Buyers must not rely on this information alone when deciding to bid. Recalls are the purchaser's responsibility unless a paid Inspection Certificate covers it.

Salvaged and total loss cars are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and are not guaranteed roadworthy. Repairing or dismantling cars on Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC premises is strictly prohibited.

We do not guarantee keys or VIN plates are present for salvaged/total loss cars. Buyers are responsible for confirming local emission/safety compliance requirements prior to bidding.

This disclaimer applies only to salvaged and total loss cars. Warranty terms apply only if the car was inspected by Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC or if the seller provided a warranty via an Inspection Certificate.

We do not guarantee legal registration in all countries. Buyers accept all risks associated with differences in title/registration laws between jurisdictions.

We are not responsible for state-owned inspection paperwork, defects, or delays unless a Special Inspection Service was booked and completed by us.

You agree that Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC may disclose your information to governmental or regulatory authorities upon lawful request, or in our sole decision to law enforcement to help prevent suspected illegal activity.

Transaction data may be reported to RTA or NMVTIS at our sole decision. Buyers accept all risks resulting from such reporting requirements.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel bids for any reason. We are the exclusive authority in resolving bid disputes, and Buyer/Seller agrees to hold us harmless from liability related to these decisions.

We may postpone, cancel, or withdraw a car from sale without liability. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse a transaction if we detect fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

Each Buyer accepts all risks of loss for purchased cars from the moment the bid is accepted. We are only responsible for damage caused by the direct careless act of our Operations Staff, not theft, vandalism, or damage occurring after the car leaves our premises.

Buyers/Sellers must comply with all laws regarding loading and securing cars for transport. If our personnel assist with loading upon request, we assume no responsibility for safety or proper securing of the vehicle.

Cars must be picked up within 5 working days. If moved to our facility after 5 days, towing and storage charges apply (up to 15 days). After 15 days, the car is considered abandoned, relisted, and fees will be deducted from the original buyer's account.

Cars not removed by 4:00 pm local time will be moved to locked storage and released only upon payment of an additional gate and storage fee.

We reserve the right not to release any car, VCC, or title due to disputes, fraud, or any other circumstances.

Buyers/Sellers must obey all international export control laws when exporting, re-exporting, transferring, or transporting cars originating globally.

Buyers/Sellers must obey all economic and financial sanctions laws applicable to handling cars through our facilities.

Buyers/Sellers may not buy cars on behalf of a Sanctioned Party or involve one in any activities, in violation of Sanctions Laws.

Buyers/Sellers agree not to engage in any Car Export Transactions in violation of Export Laws (e.g., unauthorized exports to Restricted Persons or Regions).

If engaging in an export transaction, the Buyer/Seller is responsible for all export reporting requirements, including filing Electronic Export Information (“EEI”). Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC will not be identified as the exporting party on the EEI filing unless specifically requested.

If Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC facilitates the export for a non-based entity, the transaction is a “Routed Export Transaction.” The buyer authorizes us or our Authorized Agent to file EEI on their behalf, in which case GCA may be identified as the Routed Export Transactions party. All necessary documents must be timely released upon request.

The buyer or seller acts as the 'importer' and is responsible for all import requirements, documentation, fees, duties, taxes, and customs inspections for the destination country.

Buyers or Sellers may contract directly with Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC for international shipping services.

You must use third-party browser software that supports SSL protocol compatible with our systems. We are not responsible for upgrades or security compromises on networks we do not control.

Buyers/Sellers must obey all applicable laws regarding the use, transfer, resale, or dismantling of purchased cars. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke an account if we believe any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders have been violated.

All visitors must obey facility rules. Removing items or paperwork from inside cars is prohibited. Stealing or damaging cars/items results in arrest and prosecution. Diagnostic code readers and jump starters are prohibited entry items.

Buyers/Sellers are responsible for all government and auction fines related to transportation, export, storage, etc. We reserve the right to pay these fines from your account balance or credit card. Failure to pay may result in suspension of buying privileges.

We reserve the right to inactivate, restrict, suspend, or revoke any account for non-compliance with terms or laws. Revoked users are prohibited from creating a new account.

Buyers, Sellers, and Service Providers unconditionally release us from all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from physical injury or property damage occurring on our premises or offsite locations. UNDER NO circumstances will we be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.

Content (text, graphics, downloadable materials) is believed reliable but may contain errors. We make no representations about its accuracy, reliability, or suitability. Changes are made without notice.

We do not warrant error-free operation or that servers are free of viruses/harmful goods. We are not liable for harm or loss due to system errors or hacker damage.

We are not responsible for costs incurred if using our platforms necessitates servicing or replacing equipment or data. We provide platforms “as is” without warranty.

You agree to receive marketing and promotional materials via Mail, E-mail, Push Email, Likes, Apps, social media, etc. Consult the Privacy Policy for opting out.

Payments are accepted via methods listed on the Payment Options page, which are subject to change. We reserve the right to restrict payment methods or apply limits to any account.

All buyers/sellers must pay applicable fees for each car purchased or sold. Fee schedules are accessible in the Buyer or Seller Account page. Fees are subject to change without notice.

A lot/parking fee applies if a buyer fails to make full payment plus fees within 5 working days (car is relisted). If a seller fails to remove a car after notification, parking fees apply from the notification day onward.

By initiating a transaction, you confirm authorization to use the payment method and permit Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC to share necessary information with financial services providers to process the transaction.

Buyers/Sellers are personally liable for dishonored checks. If a check bounces, payment must be made within two working days, plus processing fees, collection agency fees, and attorney’s fees.

Accounts with severe late payments are subject to automatic suspension and a security deposit requirement. We will use this deposit to clear past due debt. An account may require a permanent security deposit to be reactivated.

If a car is not paid for on time, the sale may be cancelled, and the Buyer is responsible for a relist fee plus collection costs. Relist fees vary by facility.

Sales Tax/VAT liability is determined by factors including title type, licensing address, and the physical location of the facility at the time of sale. Buyers claiming exemption agree to hold us harmless from all resulting assessments or penalties.

Subject to prior approval, users may sign up for Automatic Delivery Services, which may qualify for discounts on storage and gate fees.

Automatic Delivery Programs help businesses save time and money by allowing pre-scheduled purchases and deliveries, promoting more sustainable and foreseeable orders.

All fees and charges must be paid prior to delivery/shipping (unless Automatic Delivery is set up). Storage fees are charged after the payment grace period passes if delivery is interrupted.

Payments are applied in this order: 1) Unpaid fees (registration, buyer fees, storage, late fees, etc.), 2) Sale price of cars. We have no duty to release cars or titles until all fees are paid in full.

A security deposit (e.g., 10,000 AED) grants Buying Power (e.g., 10X deposit). If a buyer wins an auction and refuses to pay within 5 working days, the auction fee and relisted fee will be charged against the deposit. If funds are insufficient, the buyer is liable for outstanding amounts.

Unapplied security deposits can be requested online, subject to confirmation that no bids or unpaid charges exist. Refunds are credited back to the source card or transferred to the buyer's bank account, or mailed via check within 30 days if other methods fail.

Any dispute shall be conducted in the state/province/country where the car was located at the time of bid/purchase. All disputes arising out of transactions must be conducted in United Arab Emirate Courts, applying UAE laws.

These Terms establish the entire agreement between you, our Service Providers, and Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC. All parties agree to adhere to these articles; violations will be addressed in UAE Courts.

The Galaxy Cars Auctions LLC management and personnel appreciate your business and are committed to a hassle-free and dispute-free business relationship.
