1. PROFILE CREATION: To register and create an account, we require the following Personal Data: full name, contact details (email address, phone number), gender, date and place of birth, nationality, identity card information, bank details, driving license, and a profile picture. This registration process constitutes a contractual agreement that enables you to use and manage your account within the application. The collected data will be stored securely on our backend servers for the duration of your active service.

2. ADDRESSES & LOCATIONS: Upon logging into the application using your personal account, your location will be accessible to the administrator via the portal and to customers through the rider app. This feature enables riders to conveniently book rides by knowing the availability and distance of drivers from their location. Upon using the App as a driver, your first and last name, phone number, and profile picture will be processed. This data will be transmitted to the rider app only after you have accepted an order from them. This process enables registered drivers to provide services to our riders.

3. RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA: Right of Access: You have the right to receive confirmation from us regarding the processing of your Personal Data, including details on how we safeguard it and the sources from which we obtained such data.
Right to Rectification: You have the option to request the correction of your Personal Data, subject to compliance with applicable terms and conditions. In case of inaccuracies, we will promptly rectify your Personal Data upon notification.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data by our company. If your opposition is unjustified, as specified in articles 1 and 2, we reserve the right to continue processing your Personal Data.
